A damp drizzly morning greeted the OR team, who were hurried onto the tee due to a certain other school being slightly tardy, missing their tee time. However, this did not affect a certain OR who raced onto the course after his foursomes partner had actually teed off, clutching a bacon roll.

The annual fixture of the Public Schools Midland Golf Meeting is played over the wonderful Little Aston course which proved as challenging as ever for the majority of golfers. Full details of the event won by Shrewsbury can be found at http://www.psmgm.uk

Those who played on the day: David Clews, Charles Walker, Charles Maisey, Tim Watts, Simon Maisey, Charles Carver, Rob Prior & Paul Wilson-Gunn.
